Lessons

So, you've  discovered a weakness in your game. Is it your backhand perhaps? Does your overhead often feel like you're swatting a fly with a chopstick?

Did you recently eat a "fuzz sandwich" while rushing the net? Or, do you regularly hear Enya's "Sail Away" song in your head while hitting volleys?

You're not alone. Remember, awareness of your weak point is step one in the true learning process.

Learning how to correct it, coupled with consistent practice, is step two and what turns your weakness into a strength.

The formula is simple: Awareness + consistent practice = new positive habit and better results.
